Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our office in Dallas, Texas. In this position, you will belong to Energy Sales team, and focus on helping us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector in North America.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Contribute to market research, including identifying target clients and their needs; finding opportunities for market growth
Build relationships with new clients through daily contacts such as cold calling, making presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis
Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts achieve assigned sales development goals
Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions
Collaborate with the technical support department and product managers to address customer requirements
Work and report to sales group manager and collaborate with Key account managers for mutual results
Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
Have minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the North American market, in a comparable role (EV chargers, solar, inverter systems, heat pumps, HVAC systems, etc.)
Are result-oriented and challenge driven
Are highly self-motivated, with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering the North American market with an innovative product from Lithuania
Are willing to travel

Work type: Remote work at the beginning, transitioning to hybrid in Dallas, Texas office once it’s established. We plan to open office in Dallas in 2024.
