A successful New Jersey temporary staffing service is seeking a self-motivated, persuasive and results-oriented sales representative who exudes confidence and can listen to customer’s needs and comunicate clearly the benefits of our services. As a sales representative, you will work closely with management and you will be the first point of contact with potential clients through prospecting and creating sales opportunities. Qualifications:

• 5 years of related experience

• Proven sales

• Proficient with MS Office

• Strong organization skills

• Social media skills

• Excellent time management

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Mid & Northern NJ area

• Be knowledgeable about our services

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

• Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives

• Emphasize the benefits of our services to highlight how they solve customer problems

• Answer questions about our services

• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare service agreements

• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

• Develop and execute on a sales plan focused on growing revenue targets

• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

• Meet weekly, monthly, annual sales goals
