Job Description:

  • Daily testing of samples received from production.
  • Timely completion of test to meet the established testing time. Following GMP documentation guidelines.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and demonstrate trouble shooting ability. Contribute to the team's productivity goals.
  • The colleague should have the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Position requirements:

  • Testing of samples from manufacturing to ensure Quality and compliance according to all applicable assays utilizing good aseptic practices.
  • Maintaining testing schedules and reagent supply
  • Completion of documentation following cGMP guidelines
  • Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, instrumentation and facility
  • Understanding of the QC software packages used during routine work
  • Understanding of how to use pipettes
  • Preparation of media and reagents
  • Understanding of dilution schemes
  • Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds
  • BA/BS in Science related field or AA plus one year experience preferred (but open to High School Diploma along with experience with gathering data and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.)
