Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Project Manager at The Client Construction, LLC in Melbourne, FL. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, construction management, and project management. The role will involve daily tasks such as overseeing project progress, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Experience in budgeting and construction management.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
