This is a full-time on-site Carpentry Project Manager Estimator role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Carpentry Project Manager Estimator will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects from start to finish, estimating project costs and timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Carpentry, including Framing, Finish Carpentry, and Hand and Power Tools
• Experience in project management and estimation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and subcontractors
• Procore, On Screen Takeoff, and Bluebeam
• OSHA certification is a plus

Salary: $65,133.69 - $78,440.57 per year
