Job Duties
Our client is looking for 10 help desk team members to join their current team to assist with a 3 4 month project over late summer and when our client is back in office.
These candidates will join a team of 9 helpdesk technicians. During the summer months, this team handles approximately 300-700 of tickets per day with a resolution rate of 60%.
All other tickets are escalated to various IT support teams
