POSITION SUMMARY: As an Application Analyst you will work alongside users and assist them with the optimum use of the D365 family of application. You will also serve as the first line of support for application related issues. This role is critical to both business efficiency and application adoption. In this role, you will serve as both an ambassador and a technical specialist. As an ambassador, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with the users you are supporting so that you develop deep knowledge of their business processes and challenges. As a technical specialist, you will diligently work to improve your knowledge of the capabilities and operation of the applications assigned to you. Independent learning and adaptability are key to this role.
