looking for experienced and reliable individual's to join their growing team!

Job Description:

- Check people in as they enter the facility

- Verifying Insurance

- Answer incoming calls and directing callers to proper departments

- Collect co-pays from patients

- Assist with putting together reports and memos as needed

- Provide a positive experience for everyone entering facility

- Responding back to messages left by customers

- Light Scheduling

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

-MUST HAVE medical office experience

- Strong communication and listening skills

- Positive attitude

- Prior reception or administrative experience

- Reliability

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
