Hiring a Fully Remote Member Enrollment Representative for a Large and Growing Healthcare Insurance Company. The team is looking for Candidates with experience with Member Enrollment!

Fully remote but Candidates must be located in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho!

Description :

• Provides phone support when needed and creates and maintains Government and / or commercial insurance member eligibility records
• Provides feedback on testing of new applications or changes to existing system
• Runs and distributes eligibility audit queries
• May be asked to make small number of scripted outbound calls
• Handles escalated calls and resolves them from other departments, and members
• Processes 834 files for UT, NV, CO, ID

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Experience with member enrollment / open enrollment
