JOIN GROWING CALL CENTER IN VALLEY!!!

ABOUT COMPANY: Been operating for 30 years and largest independent pharmacy benefit solutions company.

PAY: $70,000 Annually

HOURS: Must have flexible scheudle for 5X8 hour shifts (40 hours)


REQUIREMENTS:
3 years call center supervisor

HIRING PROCESS: On-site interview with client

JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervises on average, 12 staff members, including interviewing and recommending candidates for hire, coaching and developing staff members, assigning and monitoring work in progress, evaluating performance, enforcing attendance & performance standards, administering employee corrective

action
