TEKsystems is Hiring a Customer service rep Near Tucson, AZ

A COMPANY WHO IS A BIG NAME IN THE UNIFORM BUSINESS IS LOOKING TO BRING ON A HANDFUL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TO HELP SUPPORT THEIR TEAM FOR A PROJECT THIS SUMMER GOING INTO THE EARLY FALL!

This is a 3-month position to start. Good foot in the door with a big time retailer of uniforms.

Pay : $17 / hr

Schedule : Must be open to times below

Mon-Fri 6am-6pm, Sat 8am-2pm and Sun 10am-6pm - Of course will have 2 days off in a row and these will only be 8-hour shifts

Start Dates for Classes : June 24th & July 8th

Description :

  • Navigate through multiple computer software systems to address order and product information specific to customer inquiries
  • Proactively reach out to customers with order and product updates
  • Provide sizing assistance and product recommendations to customers
  • Continuous learning and sharing of company product knowledge with customers
  • Support retail branch operations with customer updates
  • Contribute to a productive, friendly, and positive work environment
  • Meet goals and objectives for the customer service representative
  • Respond to customer reviews and social feedback promptly
  • Present consistent professional and friendly demeanor to customers in all communication

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED Certificate
  • Office or Call Center environment experience
  • Proficient in Office 365 for PC, and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Tech savvy, Zendesk and Shopify experience a plus
  • Excellent oral written communication skills, including customer de-escalation
  • Extremely strong active listening, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time management skills paired with a strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team player; self-starter with desire for constant learning
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus
