TEKsystems is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Las Vegas, NV
Description:
This position will be handling inbound phone calls, sending outbound emails with some outbound SMS. Will reply to email and then will call and speak to agent about the debt that they need to pay off. Disputes, payment inquiries. 20% are inbound calls and the rest are emails and web forms that they are handling. Looking to have some focused on calls and some might be focused on emails.
