***We can only provide candidates with a Bachelors Degree for these positions*** ***The start date for this project is JULY 8th! We must have candidates interview and selected my May 20th so that we can hit this start date. The time to take to get onboarded as a GTRI Affiliate (GTRI contract to hire model) takes 4-6 weeks to get onboarded*** All candidates must have an active Secret clearance we can hold up to the Top Secret level. Our Current team is going to be expanding and this role will be able to be hybrid but all candidates must live driving distance to Marine Corps base Quantico. While this job can be hybrid all candidates must be ready to work on site 5 days week when it comes to installs. There is no GTRI office for the engineers to sit at so they will be remote the days they are not onsite. We are assisting GTRI on the work they are doing in support of the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) on their CSfC initiative. This stands for Commercial Solutions for Classified networks. GTRI is in need of a Systems Engineer who will serve on a 2 person team of technical engineers in support of work at this installation. Candidates will be involved in the planning, implementation, and technical support of multi-platform, multi-system networks that includes requirements analysis and optimizing system performance. The ideal candidate will possess good communication, presentation, and writing skills. They will have a proven track record of being a problem solver and team player who is capable of working in a technically challenging environment supporting the Marine Corps and Navy. 5 plus years with Windows and virtualization architectures with detailed understanding of Microsoft and VMware environment. - Installation, configuration and support of Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, PKI integration, and VMware vSphere. - Proven ability to install and configure physical components; servers, type 1 hypervisors, and virtual appliances. - Familiar with hardening systems such as DoD STIG'ing and SCAP scanning. - Expertise in performance analysis, management, design, capacity and throughput planning. - Utilizing performance monitoring, management and other tools to ensure network security and optimal performance. - Effectively interact via good verbal and written communications with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Program Managers. - Demonstrated ability to install and configure operating systems. - On-call support for CONUS and OCONUS requirements. - Experience with Microsoft Windows and VMware products. Salary requirements - They can look to convert at a salary range between $125k - $145k depending on experience and their Bachelors degree or having a Masters degree.

- Bachelor degree from any accredited university in Information Technology or Cybersecurity - Required: Comp TIA Security - Desired: MCSA, MCSE, VCP, VCAP, and CISSP Certification - Experience with US Marine Corps garrison and tactical networks. - Live local to the Camp Lejeune, NC area.
