The Parsons Universal Modeling & Analysis (PUMA) Lab is looking for a Software/System Engineering intern for the Summer 2024 cohort. The intern will work in an agile environment with the PUMA team. What You'll Be Doing: Develop new capabilities through software development efforts for the Parsons Digital Engineering Framework (PDEF) Integrate multiple applications through the development of software wrappers/adapter. Model and simulate various scenarios with Cameo Systems Modeler and multiple simulation applications (AFSIM, STK, EADsim, etc.) Contribute to the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) efforts. Work in a cloud and on-premises environment depending on the project effort. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Working towards a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field Project experience in software development (specifically application integration) Cloud Environment Project Experience Knowledge of Digital Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Technology-related Certifications are a Plus!
