Day-to-day responsibilities will include imaging devices (USB and SCCM), shipping and tracking inventory. Additional troubleshooting: VPN connectivity issues, hardware break/fix, software uploads etc. Overall, they are looking for someone who is eager to own issue resolution and provide White-Glove services to their executives as needed.
