We are in mechanical contracting in Southwest Ohio that specializes in mechanical design, fabrication, installation, design-build, and engineering services. As a proud minority-owned business, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We offer a full range of supporting capabilities including plan-and-spec, design-build, design-assist, systems coordination, building information modeling (BIM), lean construction, constructability review, prefabrication, value analysis, and estimating.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching service technicians, scheduling service appointments, following up on service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for answering incoming calls, analyzing customer needs, and making necessary appointments to ensure our customer's needs are met.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in dispatching, service, or a related field
- Passion for customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other computer software as required
- Basic understanding of HVAC and/or mechanical systems is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
