Urgent Role - IT Project Coordinator

Location - New York, NY

· Knowledge of the media landscape

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (Asana, Slack, SharePoint, etc.)

· Business acumen with experience working with cross-functional teams and varying levels of seniority in large, complex organizations.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey appropriate information for multiple audiences.

· The individual just needs to have basic understanding of systems integrations.

· Must have experience with Salesforce, connecting it to NetSuite, and potentially having 2 other systems to add in.

· Good interpersonal and organizational skills

· A team player with proactive and enthusiastic attitude

· Ability to work under tight deadlines, using time efficiently to complete projects on schedule

Responsibilities

· Responsibilities include systems integrations.

· Connecting Salesforce to NetSuite, and potentially having 2 other systems to add in.

· Preparing, reviewing and maintaining documentation and participating in cross-departmental status meetings with relevant stakeholders to track grants from set-up to execution to final reports

· Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions

· Assisting with maintaining a Salesforce database

· Providing support for the grant operations manager and team such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, scheduling meetings, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
