Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies and arguments.
Manage multiple cases and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
In good standing with the CA bar.
Minimum 1 Year Of Litigation Experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
