We are looking for motivated attorneys with strong litigation skills, encompassing research, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Your role involves nurturing client relationships, providing advice, outlining legal choices, and representing them in court and negotiations. Additionally, you'll handle research, draft legal documents, and other duties to deliver optimal legal solutions. This position offers opportunities to enhance skills through drafting and responding to discovery, conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, court appearances, settlement talks, mediation, and trial preparation. Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited legal institution.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum of two (2) years of attorney practice. Previous experience in litigation, especially in personal injury cases, is highly preferred. Insurance defense background is a bonus.
• 2 years of expertise in one of the following areas: insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, employment law, or business litigation.
• Thorough knowledge of California and federal statutes.
• Proven ability in deposition-taking/defense, discovery management, legal pleadings/motions drafting, and research.
• Experience in attending court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Proficient in writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest and capability to represent clients in various contested forums, spanning from jury trials, court trials, and arbitrations to public board forums and the state capitol.
• Strong desire to advocate fervently for clients.
• Capacity to follow firm processes, procedures, and practices.
• Willingness to travel as required by case assignments.
