Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional in homes construction project management to join our team at our United States branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the entire fieldwork, from obtaining all necessary permits for construction to liaising with Counties, Utilities, and contractors. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee the hiring of companies and service providers for different stages of construction, manage material procurement, supervise the construction site and subcontractor work, as well as maintain relationships with clients and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the homes construction project, from permit acquisition to final delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Counties, Utilities, and other relevant entities.
• Hire and supervise companies and service providers for various aspects of construction.
• Manage the material procurement process and ensure budget compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and investors, providing regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising homes construction in Florida.
• Proficiency in web-based project management tools.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Availability to travel as needed.
