HireRPA is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Orlando, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management, and project coordination. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression
- Develop and maintain project schedules using software such as Primavera, Prolog, or ProCore
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within financial constraints

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in construction estimating and contract management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong project coordination abilities to ensure seamless execution of multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints
- Experience using project management software such as Primavera, Prolog, or ProCore
