Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Proactively address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Client Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Budget and Cost Control:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Monitor project expenses and adjust as needed to stay within budget.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess project risks during the preconstruction phase.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
