Recruiter Associate -
Responsibilities include:- Managing/coordinating interviews for non-executive candidates
- Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates as needed to come to client office for interviews
- Managing the background check process for all internal/external hires
- Working closely with various departments across HR on ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed
- May also be responsible for managing relationships with third party vendors
- Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels
