Genesis10 is seeking a Recruiter Associate for a 12 month contract position (with opportunity for extension) with a mortgage loan corporation located in McLean, VA.

This is a hybrid position and requires being onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing / coordinating interviews for non-executive candidates
• Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates as needed to come for interviews
• Managing the background check process for all internal / external hires
• Working closely with various departments across HR on ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed
• May also be responsible for managing relationships with third party vendors

Qualifications :

• Open to recent graduates, preference for 1 years of professional experience.
• Must be proficient with scheduling and with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
• Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are also a must.
• Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels
• Experience with Workday a big plus
