Job Title: HR - Recruiter Associate
Job Location: McLean VA(Hybrid) - Onsite in McLean Tuesday through Thursday.
Duration: 12-months
Job Description:
Must Haves: Open to entry level candidates, preference for 2 years of professional experience.
Must be proficient with scheduling and with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. Big Plus if they have experience with Workday.
Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are also a must.
Responsibilities include:
Managing/coordinating interviews for non-executive candidates
Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates as needed to come to Freddie Mac for interviews
Managing the background check process for all internal/external hires
Working closely with various departments across HR on ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed
May also be responsible for managing relationships with third party vendors
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels
