We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will assist in the coordination and execution of various projects within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Create project objectives, budgets and schedules with the project manager's oversight
• Work with the team to scope new projects
• Monitor and document project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Report and coordinate project results to clients and management
• Collaborate on resource management to exceed client expectations
• Evaluate and keep the team up to date on current projects
• Assist project manager with clerical tasks as requested
• Collaborate with team members, clients and upper management
• Junior project managers need to review timelines, budgets and resources
• Be able to manage several elements that need to be planned and organized thoroughly
• Junior project managers must adapt to changing client demands and challenges as they arise
• Experience with PM/collaboration tools like Monday.com
• Must be able to present and articulate project details to groups internal and external (clients)
• Must be able work independently and together as a team
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have great attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
