Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage a cross section of 50-75 individuals responsible for data readiness and cleansing efforts. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure timely execution of data readiness and cleansing tasks to meet project deadlines. Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Data Cleansing Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality standards and objectives. Design and implement data cleansing processes, including deduplication, standardization, and validation. Work closely with IT and data analysts to identify and resolve data quality issues. Develop and maintain documentation related to data cleansing procedures. Team Management: Identify, and onboard team members as needed for the data readiness and cleansing project. Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. Address any conflicts or performance issues within the team. Manage project risks and work to mitigate them in partnership with the different stakeholders.
