Reports To: Director of Information Technology

Hours: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM... OR... 7:30AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Summary:

The IT Systems Project Manager is responsible for documenting and tracking all projects within the organization's systems or technology department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role are primarily, but not exclusively, field-based and include,

but are not limited to, the following:

Establishing and ensuring deadlines for current and future projects.
Documenting and tracking all ongoing technological and operational projects.
Vendor management and proof of concept for technology business needs.
Facilitating and spearheading both internal and external project meetings.
Expense tracking (Spend vs. Budget) and order management.
Manage and track IT inventory and procurement request.
Build reports and processes that drive IT departmental success.
Skillfully discern and engage pivotal stakeholders essential for the seamless completion of projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The IT Systems Project Manager should possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
2 years of IT-related project management experience.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Strong customer service orientation.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Professional phone presence.
Comfortable interacting with company executives and senior managers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
