Description

Job Purpose: Oversee all aspects of a construction project/projects from the beginning to the end, work closely with the client to ensure expectations are met. Responsible for making sure the project is completed on budget and on time.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Planning and implementation of projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Selecting subcontractors and delegating work
  • Manage project budget
  • Track project deliverables using web based tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of all projects to client
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve completion
Position Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements
  • 3 years work experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Direct work experience in construction project management capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership managing people
  • Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with clients professionally
  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes and priorities
  • Strong computer skills
