We're looking for a project manager to grow with us and create a stable and efficient workflow.

Salary: Commission-only. This position will receive a percentage of each project that is completed.

$40,000 - $50,000 OTE

This role will be 1099.

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive project success. Responsibilities: - Conduct requirements analysis and gather project requirements from stakeholders - Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation - Lead project teams and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle - Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues - Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices - Use project management software to track and document project activities Skills: - Proven experience in project leadership and management - Strong knowledge of product management principles and practices - Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology is a plus - Proficiency in using SharePoint for collaboration and document management - Excellent requirements management skills, including gathering, analysis, and documentation - Technical writing skills for creating clear and concise project documentation - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation - Proficient in using project management software to track progress and manage tasks Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, etc. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving successful projects, we would love to hear from you.
