Administrative Assistant
Technical Maintenance Inc. is recruiting for a Administrative Assistant for our calibration lab in the Hilliard, OH area. This position requires the handling of general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues, vendors, and customers, entering data, maintaining records, stocking and ordering supplies, scheduling services, and maintenance of office equipment. The ability to work unsupervised and unsurpassed dependability is required. The work week is Monday through Friday, shift hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm with optional overtime available as needed.

Job Requirements:

*Administrative organization skills.
*Outstanding customer skills and attention to detail.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/etc.).
*Ability to be a leader and work unsupervised.
*Positive, eager to learn attitude.
*US Citizen Valid driver's license.
*Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb stairs.

*Ability to read, write, and understand English.

*Ability to work in an industrial environment while maintaining safety at all times.
