Manufacturing 4.0 seeks comprehensive external PMO support to set up (if not yet in place) and run robust program management to drive, monitor, and communicate widely on the program progress (schedule, costs, and resources) against the acceleration roadmap. - It is also expected the external PMO will support the program in terms of coordination, communication, and change management activities as well as in all collaborative aspects to catalyze the communities in Manufacturing 4.0: o M&S Master Data Office o M&S Plan-to-Manufacture Business Process Owners Team (HarMO) o M&S MARS (MES) Program Team o MFG 4.0 Overall Operations: Governances, Portfolio Management, StarPlan Roadmap, Communication Strategy, Communities of Practice
The overall engagement:
The engagement of the PMOs will consist in supporting the Manufacturing 4.0 program on project management activities (scheduling, budget, resources, KPIs, reporting, etc..), as well as on communication, change management and collaborative activities.
Program Roadmap:
Digital product deployments already started on several production sites for MES, Kinaxis, iShift and improvements are ongoing for Athena. An important acceleration phase is planned for the 2024-2025 timeframe.
Governance:
There will be 4-5 monthly/weekly governance meetings to prepare for and support.
OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES
Manufacturing 4.0 is seeking a comprehensive external PMO support to set up (if not yet in place) and run robust program management in order to drive, monitor and communicate widely on the program progress (schedule, costs and resources) against the acceleration roadmap.
It is also expected the external PMO to support the program in terms of coordination, communication and change management activities as well as on all collaborative aspects in order to catalyze the communities in Manufacturing 4.0:
o M&S Master Data Office
o M&S Plan-to-Manufacture Business Process Owners Team (HarMO)
o M&S MARS (MES) Program Team
o MFG 4.0 Overall Operations: Governances, Portfolio Management, StarPlan Roadmap, Communication Strategy, Communities of Practice
REQUIRED SKILLS
Demonstrated a strong track record to implement projects (budget/resource management a plus)
Ability to work across cultures and at all levels from shop floor to senior management
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in digital tools deployment
Experience in Microsoft Teams, Office Tools, SharePoint management, Reporting/Dashboard
Experience in general with IT Management Tools
Experience in project with similar magnitude
Good level on project management technics (PMI certification would be a plus)
Skills and recognized experience in change management
Experience in Life Science Experience
Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
Fluent English verbal and written skills. Fluency in or good working knowledge of French (written and spoken) is a plus
