Principal Responsibilities: Potential duties will vary based on major and skills. Below are examples of work assignments:

  • Provide support with reviewing / auditing all Project Execution safety documents and procedures.
  • Assist with documentation management utilizing SharePoint and other relevant systems.
  • Support executing digitalization project efforts for the Operations Project Execution team; streamlining existing paper-based processes and reporting capabilities for enhanced effectiveness and transparency.
  • With support from subject matter experts, assist in the rollout of a new fleet of oxygen RKI monitors.
  • Assist with creation and rollout of safety training, documentation, and videos.

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate
  • Qualifying majors of study:
    • Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Safety Management; or similar
  • Must be innovative, analytical, and self-motivated to complete tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel and have the ability to learn computer-based applications.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data management, innovative and process orientated.
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
  • SharePoint basic experience

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel at a minimum
  • Prior co-op or internship experience a plus
  • Study abroad a plus
  • Extracurricular activities that show leadership skills considered
  • Commitment to Safety and the Environment
  • Advanced experience with SharePoint (I.e. Power BI / Automate)
