About the Role:

TechBridge is seeking a full-time, Salesforce Analyst to join our family. Our Analysts are highly motivated, extremely organized, and expected to leverage their successful experience with project implementations to take the lead on project configuration and to be the liaison between TechBridge Clients and the TechBridge development team. Our Consultants work with a project manager and development team and are responsible for:

• Working with a project manager to understanding client business process and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations
• Gather requirements from client interviews, meetings, white-boarding & documentation analysis to provide oversight of the solution throughout the project; ensure clients are able to make educated decisions on recommended services/products for sign off
• Process design (flow mapping & scenario design) & document business workflows and requirements
• Configuration of data model, workflows/process builders/flows, security configuration of profiles/permission sets/sharing rules, and configuration of 3rd party appexchange packages
• Overseeing testing and bug resolution.
• Provide user and admin training sessions.
• Effectively manage one or more clients and/or projects simultaneously

Who You Are:

• You are a data scientist. You know how to put technology to task. You understand how to work within different stakeholder systems and know how to ensure sustainable integration and use of final deliverables in support of partner objectives. You can understand the language of nonprofits and translate it into technical requirements, and vice versa.
• You are an experienced project manager. You have a proven track record of successfully managing full life-cycle tech projects and can leverage agile or other management styles to execute a project from start to finish. You have experience managing technical teams and outputs and are comfortable breaking complex problems down into bite-sized deliverables. You keep teams on task to deliver a strong product on time, identifying problems early and proactively creating solutions that leverage your strong relationship management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce in an administrative and/or consulting capacity
• Excellent communication skills, experience working directly with customers
• Experience working in Salesforce Lightning
• Experience with Salesforce nonprofit cloud, nonprofit success pack and volunteers for salesforce
• Experience working with non profit organizations (donor management, volunteer management, program management)
• Highly Adaptable to change
• Proactive self-starter who can work effectively individually and with project team members
• Excellent verbal, written & presentation communication skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously while knowing when to ask for help
