The Jr Account Manager is an entry level sales position within our sales channels that
focuses on branded merchandise projects and sales training. The Jr AM will be
responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from scope, budget, merchandise,
timelines, and the overall quality customer experience. They will work closely with the
Programs Account Manager or the Key Accounts Manager to develop and nurture their
sales skills through coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all components to execute a client project for both newly promoted entry level customers as well as current customers within their sales channel. This includes but is not limited to understanding scope of project, customer budget, project timelines, order entry into system, quoting utilizing decks and ideakits, negotiating with vendors, etc.
• Salesforce- create opportunities, ideakits (if applicable), tasks, transfer customer information into Presto, etc.
• Magento- register a customer, change customer groups, create an account to pull reports when necessary, backend order support/entry
• Sku building/ art worksheets for new skus
• Attend all vendor meetings
• Build and foster relationships with clients and vendors
• Own small book of business and budget
• Attend all training sessions to elevate sales growth

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Salesforce, Order Management software experience a plus.
