HIRING: Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and providing feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a technical recruiter, with experience in hiring for software engineering, IT, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of technical skills and terminology to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
