Corporate Quality Manager

• 
  Collect & evaluate production samples to ensure they meet our quality and integrity standards
• Facilitate communication between production departments and management
• Draft & implement policies and procedures to improve the manufacturing process and the quality of goods produced
• Maintain the records of test results, defects identified, and other critical metrics related to quality control
• Analyze quality control test results and offer interpretations and feedback regarding those results to production management & staff
• Grow in knowledge of trends, developments, and technological advances in the industry
• Report on production quality, nonconformance, trends, and underlying causes of defects in the product
• Perform root cause analysis and uphold and execute accountability for quality and process improvements

We seek a Corporate Quality Managerwho will efficiently plan, lead, and implement our quality assurance programs. Our company provides protective coatings for various products, including medical instruments, lighting fixtures, automotive parts, and industrial components. Our Ideal Corporate Quality Manager:

• Experienced: Must have a Bachelor's in Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering and ISO Lead Auditor Certification. 5 years of quality control experience and experience with ISO9001 and ISO13485
• Leader: 3 years of leadership experience and time in the manufacturing industry are required.
• Detailed: Ability and persistence to identify & analyze products and related processes for efficiency & quality. Highly organized.
• Effective Communicator: Work closely with multiple departments and management to reveal areas of weakness. Present ways to improve required diplomacy and a high degree of social awareness. Clear & effective communication in writing and in person is critical.
• Adaptable: Keeps a positive outlook and attitude while finding the best ways to improve quality control and remains flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
