Team Builder Recruiting is Hiring a Quality Inspector Near East Petersburg, PA

Quality Inspector

East Petersburg, PA


  • Perform
    visual inspections of machined and manufactured parts and components to ensure quality standards are met
  • Examine materials from our suppliers before sending them to the production line
  • Communicate with managers and shop personnel regarding quality concerns and failures
  • Adhere to all expected standards in the manufacturing process, including ISO, Safety, OSHA, & company policies
  • Document the passing or failing of materials and products.

We seek a Quality Inspector who will examine materials for quality & defects and ensure our operators use the equipment & materials properly to make quality parts. Our company offers protective coatings for various products, including medical instruments, lighting fixtures, automotive parts, and industrial components. Please consider joining our team if you have a background in quality assurance in the manufacturing or production industries.


Our Ideal Quality Inspector:

  • Experienced: 1-3 years of quality assurance in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is required. Experience with ISO and OSHA regulations and standards is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills are needed – can build relationships with others.
  • Detailed: Ability & persistence to identify and analyze products and related processes for efficiency and quality. Highly organized.
  • Collaborative: Work well with others and communicate with operators and machinists regarding quality concerns and best practices.
  • Active: Able to stand 6-10 hours each day, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift 50 pounds.
