Scope of Position
The Bartender is primarily responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by mixing and serving cocktails, filling server’s orders, and serving food at the guest’s request in a luxury brand inspired hotel environment where attention to detail is key. The Bartender will provide guests with the best efficient, accurate and genuine service possible and exceeding guest expectations by paying attention to guests needs at all times. He/she will also possess a limitless desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the Food and Beverage Operations and applying hotel standards and procedures.
