Tax Law Solutions is Hiring a Remote Account Director

Job Purpose

The Account Director (AD) is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for TLS services with qualified business-owner clients, as targeted and designated within an assigned geographic territory. The AD will utilize TLS-approved marketing materials, assist in customizing TLS services to the client’s business and financial circumstances, and make sales presentations. The AD will work with other TLS staff support staff, including those based in San Juan, Puerto Rico in obtaining financial documentation and preparing and presenting proposals in order to close sales. All of the AD’s activities and responsibilities relate to lead generation, closing sales, building the value of the TLS brand, and achievement of sales revenue objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Account Director, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Promote TLS - Respond to company’s and client’s needs in a timely manner. Research businesses and targeted category verticals within a designated territory. Set appointments to present product lines using base or business-specific TLS-approved presentation materials. Educate the client regarding all TLS products, services, and expectations.

· Prospecting - Prospect business by representing TLS at appropriate business functions to include, but not be limited to, vertical category channels, and local trade and business where TLS targeted decision makers congregate.

· Client Management and tracking – Ongoing management of customer data including entering prospects into CRM (client management database). Entering notes regarding communication with prospects and entering and tracking proposals weekly.

· Goals - Meet or exceed the client’s expectations. Ensure that any current or prospective client has all pertinent TLS information and understands the specific product offering. Demonstrate an ability to ask for and close sales to achieve sales goals as agreed upon with the supervisor.

· TLS Department Interaction - Work with TLS sales support, finance, HR, and all other departments in a timely and effective manner to ensure all business objectives are met.

· Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Undergraduate college degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in outside sales – preferably in a work-at-home environment.

· Must have an at-home office facility with a broadband internet connection, computer, cellphone, phone line, scanners, and photocopier to interact and communicate.

· Proven executive sales experience, in meeting or exceeding targets.

· General understanding of business financials and tax returns.

· Computer skills: Zoom Meeting, Outlook, CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and additional tech needs as needed.

· Strong internet skills to research and prospect new businesses through methods including social media and online networking groups.

· Account/Prospect Management through CRM, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Significant experience in closing sales.

· Passionate about serving others and making a significant impact in people’s lives, while exhibiting the ability to overcome the “It’s too good to be true” objection.

· Working knowledge of TLS products and business functionality.

· Strong experience in working closely with other sales and marketing professionals in order to develop marketing presentations with strategic and creative solutions to business challenges.

· Great collaborator and problem-solver who can work across a matrixed organization and navigate smoothly through various disciplines within an organization's structure.

· Demonstrates the qualities of business and professional integrity which is suited to the TLS culture.

· Ability to communicate, present, and influence to executive levels of organizations.

· Proven ability to collaborate as a drive the sales process, from marketing plan to close.

· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

· Disciplined and self-motivated, can successfully work independently.

· Attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, problem-solving, and capability of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

· Possesses the innate talent to impact and influence others.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Working Conditions

· Business travel as necessary.

· Frequent driving to meet with clients or to prospect territory.

· Extended hours required for conference attendance/participation.

· Maintain home office i.e..: – Necessary office products/supplies are on hand and office systems running i.e..: phone, internet connection, and computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
