- Implementing Network Security Monitoring (NSM) platform using Corelight, a NetworkDetection & Response (NDR) solution to increase transparency of data anomalies in network traffic.
- Coordinating and planning sensor placement with Networks and Cloud engineering teams.
- Configuring NSM sensors on premise to provide anomaly based network threat detection to CSO Cyber Threat Analytics for use in incident response & threat hunt.
- Managing event logs & ETL pipeline and participate in design discussions and contribute to the architecture process.
- Establishing product support procedures, oversee L1/L2 teams, and provide L3 operational support.
- Responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, maintenance, and taking ownership of deliverables.
- Implementing and monitoring network security tools- Corelight / Zeek and other similar Network Detect & Response platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Collaborating with appropriate teams, including, Network deployment, Data Center Facilities, Network Operations, Production Change Management and CSO Engineering.
- Extensive use of ServiceNow ticketing portal to manage the change requests for the network TAPs deployment in the datacenters, and use of JIRA & Confluence to track the progress, issue reporting, solutions testing and bug analysis.
- Producing high quality documentation (HLD (High Level Design)/LLD (Low Level Design)/KOP) and Ensure that solutions are scalable, include necessary monitoring, and adhere to best practices and guidelines including maintaining updated technical process documentation.
