Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Create and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations between the bar and restaurant

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including cash handling procedures
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices for food handling
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Retail math skills for pricing drinks and calculating profit margins

Pay: $50,109.00 - $53,669.00 per year
