Task Management is looking for Entry Level Forklift Operators on ALL SHIFTS in the Franklin, IN area!

DESCRIPTION:

Receives, stores and distributes products in frozen rooms.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Reads shipping order and/or picking order to determine items to be moved gathered, or distributed
• Positions forks and/or other lifting devices under or over loaded pallets and transports same designated warehouse areas and/or storage racks by operating electric-powered forklifts or electric powered hand-trucks.
• Loads and/or unloads product items and other material onto and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Sorts and places material or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such size, type, or product code.
• Marks materials with identifying information
• Lift, counts, sorts, and places product items on pallets according to order fill instructions or special requirements.
• Prepares and records order fill tickets and truck logs (load sheets) in accordance with company standards
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.

Salary: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• 2nd Shift: 4P-12:30P (Mon-Fri) $21.25/HR.
• 3rd Shift: 12A-8:30A (Mon-Fri) $21.25/HR.
• 6th Shift 9P-5:30A (Sun-Thurs) $22.00/HR.
• 8th Shift 5A-5:30P (Sat- Sun 5A-5:30P & two weekdays 5A-1:30P) $22.25/HR.

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
