RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS NEEDED:
- Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime; responsible for set up, adjustment, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility.
- Support Equipment : Ovens, Packing lines, Conveyors.Plumbing, Pneumatic Hydraulics, Cutting.
- Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills Service-oriented(responsive)
- Power Industrial Training Certification a plus
- Electrical, PLC Diagnostics a plus.
- Welding MIG, TIG, Stick a plus.
- Self-Starter- able to start and complete projects independently.
- Effective communicator Process-oriented, methodical
- High School Diploma.
- 2-5 years experience in industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to perform the following: standing for extended periods of time; walking, lifting, climbing, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and stooping
- Ability to lift 60 pounds frequently
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and flexible work hours
