TFT is part of Madison Industries, one of the largest and most successful privately held companies in the world. We are searching for an OEM Sales Manager to join our Domestic team. This team member will support the needs of TFT's Domestic Segment primarily through (but not limited to) the following efforts: OEM Business Development, OEM Relationship Management, OEM product/application training.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Effectively and efficiently pursues market share expansion, TFT presence while achieving target goals in revenue and engagement in OEM (Apparatus builders) within the US market.
Develops and negotiates business agreements and converts them into profitable revenues ensuring a seamless sales process end-to-end in concert within the Domestic Segment General Manager guidelines
Ability to create and execute an effective OEM business plan for growth specific to the region assigned.
Effectively communicates progress, business strategies, target achievement, and OEM successes to the responsible Segment Manager.
Builds long-term relationships with OEM customer base and creates awareness of TFT as an excellent partner for water flow delivery solutions.
Coordinates flow of information in support of the sales process including forecasting, discounting, order processing, logistics and invoicing.
Ability to facilitate an effective technical product and service training program to our partners for support of all OEM sales personnel and their key customers.
Identify and initiate new product ideas unique to the OEM market to maintain TFT’s position as a leader in OEM market solutions development ahead of all other competitors.
Provides TFT with market intelligence, identification of opportunities, developing and executing dealer/customer engagement plans to cultivate and foster strong business relationships within all aspects of the OEM customer’s business.
Ability to participate, demonstrate, and educate our partners at all key industry events, associations, and customer engagements.
Collaborates with Production and Quality personnel to toward achieving OEM customer requirements such as on time delivery, quality and other noted KPIs on their supplier scorecards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in either a business or engineering discipline from an accredited university
5 years of sales or commercial experience with a preference for demonstrated success working with Original Equipment Manufacturers
Ability to communicate and interact with different levels of the organization, customers and vendors via appropriate methods
Ability to work with others in a team environment with minimum supervision, work on several tasks at the same time, occasionally under time pressure
Ability to work extended hours, evening hours and occasional weekends
Travel requirements will vary significantly but could be greater than 50% at times.
