A growing publishing company is currently seeking a remote experienced Legal Operations Process and Technology Manager professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Operations Process and Technology Manager (Remote) will:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of workflows, technology and tools that support the legal and compliance team's activities, such as commercial contract negotiation and management, matter management, e-billing, document management, knowledge management, and litigation reporting
• Collaborate with the procurement, IT and legal organization in identifying the desired functionality, selecting, procuring, deploying, and administering legal software
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for the legal and compliance team and other users of the legal systems and data
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in legal operations and technology
• Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors and service providers
• Facilitate and champion the department's Knowledge Management system

Qualifications:

• Experience in legal operations for a law firm or in-house law department
• Deep understanding of legal technology, process management, and knowledge management, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment
• Knowledge of the legal industry, processes, and functions, and the technologies and solutions that support them
• Track record of successfully managing and delivering cross-functional projects, from inception to completion
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Familiarity with project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies and tools
