The Role
This role is designed for applicants who are ambitious about building a long-term career in software. Applicants without a university degree are still welcome to apply. Tanda will provide extensive training and professional development that will equip you with strong sales skills to successfully prospect new customers. You will be based out of our Brisbane office, where you will report to our Head of Sales, David Fleming. As a growing software company, you will also gain quality career progression opportunities, and be incentivised by a generous uncapped commission structure.
Core Responsibilities:
• Drive sales development by engaging with prospective clients via phone and email
• Build meaningful relationships with larger target accounts with a longer-term sales horizon
• Research businesses, including key business indicators, demographics, and key decision makers, to influence target account strategy
• Progress prospective clients down the sales funnel towards a final meeting with an Account Executive to close deals
• Take the initiative to source new accounts for your pipeline
About You
• Possess a strong work ethic and initiative to create new opportunities
• Have attention to detail and refined organisational skills
• Outcome-orientated and driven to be the best at any given task
• Passionate about sales and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources preferred although not required
• Open to learning and incorporating new sales strategies and structures

David Fleming Head of Sales David has over 20 years of experience in sales & marketing. His experience spans agency work in advertising as well as talent management for international sports stars. Before joining Tanda David scaled and later sold his own tech company to the NYSE-listed Equifax.
Nick Braban Industry Partnerships Before joining Tanda, Nick was a Tanda customer, working as the General Manager of a hospitality group. Across a 20-year career in hospitality, Nick has managed local venues including managing the GPO Hotel, The Wickham Hotel, and The Met nightclub as well as owning his own venues.
