Position : Senior Business Analyst / Senior Project Analyst

Description:
As a Business Analyst working in the Vendor Management Optimization Program, you will help craft strategic pathways to establish and mature Vendor Management capabilities while actively contributing to the implementation of foundational initiatives. Your primary focus will be on understanding business needs, gathering and refining requirements, and conceptualizing into holistic solution designs. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, adept at grasping the 'big picture' while delving into intricacies of multiple projects. Building a strong rapport with stakeholders both within and outside the organization will be essential to delivering effective solutions with a high rate of adoption.
Comprehensively analyze business requirements, existing systems, external vendors and various data sources to complete current /future state analysis.
Work cross-functionally with key business partners to establish goals and objectives and set expectations for functional scope.
Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to determine program, project and application requirements.
Develop use cases, user stories, data mapping, system requirements, business rules and scenario documentation to meet business requirements.
Design business process to articulate functional specifications and to standardize workflows.
Determine prioritization of functional scope and work with delivery team to set sprint plans and release schedule.
Attend daily scrums to ensure project roadmap is on track and proper organizational alignment is in place.
Perform backlog grooming and reporting, defect management, and risk monitoring.
Validate test cases and post-implementation data integrity, facilitating user acceptance testing.
Demonstrate proficiency in identifying data trends, patterns, and anomalies for informed decision-making.
Support development of project plans, change management plan, project implementation and post-implementation support.

Basic Qualifications
5 years' experience in Business Analysis across a variety of organizations or business units.
Balanced approach combining strategic thinking, analytics, creativity and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated analytical skills and advanced requirements gathering using various approaches, such as workshops, surveys, and interviews.
Effective meeting facilitation with in-person and remote audiences.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the capacity to engage audiences of varying technical levels.
Able to work in a fast pace, changing environment.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners.
Highly motivated and driven with ability to think strategically and deliver expected Business Outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
Large, enterprise project experience ranging in size from $1M highly desired.
Proficiency with MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
Knowledge of data transformation, ETL, and data visualization tools considered a plus.
Broad understanding of CLM and CRM solutions considered a plus.
Experience with Smartsheet, Clarity, and other Project Management tools considered a plus.
