The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our IT department. The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position. Additionally, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of the position. The individual should be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodations.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, systems and processes.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage IT budget and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet IT needs and objectives.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain our current Office 365 environment.
• Oversee the Azure and soon to be AWS platforms.
• Manage and evolve the IT help desk systems and skill set.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT operations management.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, systems and processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Azure and Office 365 is key.
