About the Job:

We’re hiring a Front Desk Specialist to ensure we maintain exceptional hospitality for visitors to our practice and streamline a number of administrative tasks that are important to the operations of our business. These tasks range from processing mail to managing room reservations for our clinicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all visitors as they enter and exit our practice
  • Process mail that arrives at our office, execute on administrative tasks the result from the different types of mail we receive
  • Work with our clinicians and operations staff to manage room reservations for our clinicians to be able to see patients (either in person or virtually) throughout the day.

Desired Competencies:

  • Professionalism– You have a high level of integrity and can manage highly sensitive and confidential communications with discretion
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – You will need to maintain the tidiness of the front desk of our office, and appropriately process mail as it comes in.
  • Diligent– It is critical that you are reliable, show up to work on time, and can be a trusted set of hands to carry out your various responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Experience with calendar management and answering phones
  • Administrative/Front Desk Experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Teams)
  • Able to commute into Chelsea office daily
